It is very typical at the present time
Professional land surveyors are hired for setting out main points
- The demand for final accuracy around 1 cm hence a few mm accurate setting out is needed. Especially for static reasons but other aspects might become important.
- Several levels down and up, a geometrical offset of structures is not allowed
- In addition to accuracy, efficiency is also needed to be taken into consideration
