2.1 Objectives
A menedzser típusú, települési vízgazdálkodással és környezetvédelemmel foglalkozó mérnököket megismertetni az informatikai alapfogalmakkal, az információs rendszerek fejlesztésének módszereivel és megoldásaival, hogy ezek ismeretében kommunikáció képes és elképzeléseiket pontosan megfogalmazni tudó partnerei legyenek az információs rendszerek fejlesztőinek.
